Amplius: an experienced and stable developer
Amplius has healthy, long-standing relationships with local authorities, funders, national, regional and SME developers and consultants. Since merging to become Amplius, we're looking to deliver circa 1,000 new homes each year. We're in the process of developing a new strategy which will expand our area of operations.
As a developer of circa 1,000 new homes each year, we fully understand the challenges and opportunities involved in creating new communities across the East Midlands and East of England. Our revised and updated Development Strategy targets growth in around 20 local authorities across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire to deliver new homes for rent, intermediate home ownership and market sale, with a focus on delivering quality homes, in the right location, inline with our Improving Lives 2025 strategy.
Providing the homes people want, where they are needed is one of the key aims of our Improving Lives 2025 strategy.
To achieve our strategy’s ambitious vision in developing circa 1,000 new homes a year, Amplius is keen to talk to you about, contractor-led package deals, land-led opportunities and Section 106 opportunities.
We have the experience, skills and capacity to share risk on larger mixed tenure developments and joint venture contract arrangements.
Keystone was originally formed in 2001 to meet the growing demand for purpose-designed retirement living developments.
Its remit has expanded, acting as the primary investment vehicle for development joint ventures. Keystone also supports the organisation by offering an alternative brand and marketing strategy for mixed tenure developments.

Amplius brings a demonstrable track record of flexible partnership working, an unwavering commitment to high quality design and improved environmental standards to every development opportunity.
Our principal driver is providing a long-lasting legacy in local communities, by ensuring local people are given opportunity to benefit from our developments, together with a focus on long-term sustainability and high quality stewardship.
